I’m Audrey M. Frazier, the proud founder of FlaBizClean. This journey began when I recognized an opportunity to elevate the cleaning services at a building I worked in by hiring one of their diligent employees—who remains a valued team member to this day. After a successful first year, we expanded by taking on another building, and I made the decision to leave my full-time job to dedicate myself fully to my FlaBizCo ventures. Alongside FlaBizClean, I also own two sister companies, FlaBizCo and FlaBizCo Events (formerly BizCoRentals).

In 2022, we grew our team, expanded our services, and began offering specialized cleaning solutions, including short-term and long-term rental turnovers, restaurant cleanings, and more. Our client base now spans county offices, real estate investors and developers, multi-office law firms, multi-unit condominium buildings, and property managers/realtors.
